Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old as of September 1, 2007. Employees and the families of the Sponsors and Pop Design Works, LLC, their affiliates, subsidiaries, promotion and advertising agencies are not eligible. All entrants must have a valid e-mail address. Limit one (1) entry per person/household and per e-mail address, regardless of whether more than one (1) person uses the same e-mail address. No mechanically reproduced entries of any kind permitted. Illegible and incomplete entries are void. In the event of a dispute over who submitted the entry, the entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail account identified on the online entry form. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by the online entity responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
Prizes: Three (3) GRAND PRIZES
Each Grand Prize winner will receive one (1) year’s supply of ELATIONS® which is equivalent to 288 eight-ounce bottles of ELATIONS®. Three (3) First Prize: Each 1st Prize winner will receive six (6) month's supply of ELATIONS® which is equivalent to 144 eight-ounce bottles of ELATIONS®. Six (6) Second Prizes: Each second prize winner will receive one (1) month's supply of ELATIONS® which is equivalent to 24 eight-ounce bottles of ELATIONS®. Twenty-five (25) Third Prizes: Each third prize winner will be mailed one (1) coupon redeemable for one (1) free six-pack of ELATIONS®. One thousand (1000) Instant Prizes: First one thousand registrants will receive a one year subscription to GRAND Magazine.
Prizes consist of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize. All other related expenses not specifically covered by sponsor are the winner’s responsibility. No substitution or transfer/assignment of prize by winner will be permitted and prize is non-refundable and non-transferable, except at sole discretion of sponsor. Prizes will be shipped to U.S. addresses only. Any depiction of prizes is for illustrative purposes only. All prizes must be claimed by November 15, 2008, after which date no alternate winner(s) will be selected, nor any unclaimed prizes awarded. Sponsor reserves the right, for any reason, to substitute prize of equal or greater value. Any related federal, state and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the winner. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
Winner Randomly Drawn
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about 10/05/08. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by e-mail on or about 10/15/08. Decisions of the judges are final on all matters. Winners will be required to sign a Winner’s Agreement and Release and return it by date specified in notification or prize will be forfeited in its entirety and another winner may be selected. All winners must produce a picture or some other form of proper identification to claim any prize. Return of any prize or notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. Acceptance of any prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor to use winners’ name, voice, statements, image and likeness for purposes of advertising and trade, in any medium, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Other Conditions
Sponsor not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing, offering or announcement of any prize or in the administration of the promotion, whether caused by computer, technical or human error. Winners assume all liability and agree to hold Sponsor and Pop Design Works, LLC, their affiliated companies, representatives, employees and agents harmless for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, incomplete, illegible, faulty, or incorrect transmissions, incorrect announcements of any kind, technical hardware or software failures of any kind, any damage to any person's computer related to or resulting from participating in the online portion of the promotion, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission that may limit a user’s ability to participate in the Sweepstakes whether caused by computer, technical or human error. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the program for any reason, including but not limited to, if fraud, misconduct, technical failures or attempts to manipulate or “flood” the voting destroy the integrity of the promotion in Sponsor’s sole discretion; or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper administration of the promotion as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify, freeze or prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud, tampering, or attempt to manipulate or otherwise “flood” the voting is suspected, or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation or with any provision in these Official Rules.
