Granola - Healthy or Sweet Treat?

Most granola bars are more like candy bars by a healthier name, packed with processed carbs, little fiber and a ton of sugar. When buying granola bars, look for ones that offer lower sugar and higher fiber options, such as Fiber One’s Chocolate Chip bars or consider making your own healthier version from raw oats, chopped walnuts or almonds, coconut flakes, raisins and a touch of raw organic honey.
